Children's Wish Foundation

 

The Children’s Wish Foundation is a fully Canadian, not for profit organization whose mission is to grant wishes to children in Canada suffering from life-threatening illnesses. Since 2007, the Algonquin College Event Management program and Children’s Wish Foundation have been working in partnership towards a goal of raising $1 million.
As of Summer 2013, the partnership, known as the "Creating Magic Program," has successfully raised over $750,000.

 

Since its establishment, Children’s Wish has granted more than 20,000 wishes and fulfills approximately one thousand wishes annually – granting nearly three wishes every day.
